Depending upon the position you are applying for, interested applicants must review job postings and minimum job qualifications. At a minimum, employees must be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of a high school diploma or high school equivalency. You will find that many positions require a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University as well as post-graduate experience with the populations you would be serving. If you are interested in a Therapy position you must have a License or Provisional License from the appropriate accrediting agency – i.e. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Additions Specialist (LCAS), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), etc. You must be eligible to enroll with the appropriate state Medicaid and/or Medicare systems. Provisionally licensed therapists and board eligible counselors may also apply. If you are not enrolled with Medicaid, we will assist you in this process.
